Dr Bruce Clapp
About Dr Clapp:
Dr. Clapp grew up in Swannanoa, NC. He did both his undergraduate and graduate training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds both a BS and DDS degree. Bruce served two years in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
Dr. Clapp has lived in Winston-Salem since 1970. He lives with his wife, Bernie, and has two grown children, Catherine Hardman of Athens, Georgia and John of Winston-Salem, NC, and one grandchild. Hobbies include cycling and gardening. Dr. Clapp is a member of many organizations including:
- Forsyth County Dental Society (Past President)
- N.C. Dental Society
- American Dental Society
- Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine
Dr. Clapp has a special interest in Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr Joe Mickler
About Dr Mickler:
Dr. Mickler is a native of Santarosa, Florida. He did his undergraduate work at Emory University in Atlanta and recieved his DDS from West Virginia University. Joe enjoys golf, tennis, and Church activities. He also served in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
Joe is married to Sandy and has three grown children; Trey, Paige and Jessica and three grandchildren. Dr. Mickler is a member of many organizations including:

Dr Leena Rao
About Dr Rao:
Dr. Leena Rao has been practicing dentistry in the Triangle Area for several years. She has a special love for children and how she accommodates their dental needs. She graduated in 1998 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania. She then moved to North Carolina to complete an Advanced General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Rao fell in love with the Triangle area and the people. She currently resides in Cary with her husband and two daughters and is actively involved in the Cary-Apex community and the Wake County School System.
Dr William Price
About Dr William Price:
Dr. William Price has been in private practice for the last 27 years in Winston- Salem, North Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and his DDS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With Dr. Price’s experience and expertise in cosmetic, crown and bridge, laser and restorative dentistry, as well as the Altadontic Assurance Denture he provides the highest quality of care to his patients. Dr. Price is also an inventor, a dental product clinical tester and a patent holder for many dental products. His patented products include “Mold Techniques” and Radio Frequency Identification Chips. He has patents pending on seven additional dental products. Many of the products he has developed have become paradigm shifters in the dental industry.
Dr Sean Meltzer
About Dr. Meltzer:
Dr. Meltzer brings a well rounder perspective to our dental team having worked in private practice, public health dentistry, academia and the hospital setting in Canada and the USA. Dr. Meltzer's diverse set of experience will ensure the delivery of optimal and customized care to all her patients.
Dr. Meltzer's Education:
Dr. Meltzer graduated from the University of Manitoba with a BS in genetics, and an MS in physiology. After working for a year in molecular biology research, Dr. Meltzer enrolled in the University of Manitoba Dental School where she received her doctorate in 2000. Dr. Meltzer recently completed her General Practice Residency at the UNC School of dentistry.
